But she said she still got terribly soaked. It didn&#8217;t stop them though. So Daddy, Mommy and David headed back Monday morning and Pearl, Samuel and Ezra stayed until Tuesday. So they worked on some projects at the Meadows homestead.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-654\" src=\"https:\/\/s3.us-west-002.backblazeb2.com\/amaryllis-wp-media\/2019\/01\/14-e1548692811175.jpg?w=370\" alt=\"14.jpg\" width=\"370\" height=\"483\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Meanwhile back at home it was frigid cold with lots of snow and ice.\u00a0 So we all stayed in Uncle Fain&#8217;s living room with the woodstove. And we ate our meals in there also using the wood stove to cook with.
