40 Day Prayer Challenge — Day 4

Pray for pastors around the world. Pray that they would boldly proclaim God’s Word. Pray that they would have clarity of speech. Pray that their hearts would be filled with a love for God’s Word. Pray that they would have wisdom in teaching the Bible and know how to present it in understandable ways. Pray that they would not preach their own thoughts or ideas but boldly proclaim the entire truth of the Bible.
Pray for wisdom and boldness for pastors in foreign countries where persecution is high. Pray that God would protect them and direct them in ways to share the Gospel.
Pray that pastors in America would be unafraid to open their church doors even during times of unrest and that God’s Word would not be silenced. Pray that they would find creative ways to proclaim the Word if they cannot operate at full capacity. Pray that God’s Word would not return void!

2 Timothy 3:16: “All Scripture is given by inspiration of God, and is profitable for doctrine, for reproof, for correction, for instruction in righteousness, that the man of God may be complete, thoroughly equipped for every good work.”

Isaiah 55:11: “So shall My word be that goes forth from My mouth; it shall not return to Me void.”

2 Timothy 4:2-5: “Preach the word! Be ready in season and out of season. Convince, rebuke, exhort, with all longsuffering and teaching. For the time will come when they will not endure sound doctrine, but according to their own desires, because they have itching ears, they will heap up for themselves teachers; and they will turn their ears away from the truth, and be turned aside to fables. But you be watchful in all things, endure afflictions, do the work of an evangelist, fulfill your ministry.”
