Protein Cookie Dough (Keto)

4 -5 TB Almond butter

1 scoop protein powder ( I use unflavored but you can use any kind)

Dash of nut milk ( I use almond milk)

1-2 Squares keto friendly chocolate or 1/4 cup chips (i.e. Lily’s chips or unsweetened dark chocolate)

And 5-6 drops stevia if desired.

Step #1:  Mix nut butter and protein powder (and sweetener if using) until combined. If it is too runny, stir in another 1-2 Tablespoons protein powder.

Step #2:  If it is too dry, add more nut butter or milk of choice.

Step #3:  Fold in the chocolate chips.

Step #4:  Enjoy with a spoon

Serves 2 @ approximately 250 calories # 3.6 net carbs
