Protein Smoothie (Keto)

Banana Hemp Protein Smoothie

1 large frozen banana, peeled

1/2 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk or goat milk.

1-2 Tbsps Hemp Protein Powder

1 Tbsp peanut butter

1 tsp cocoa powder

Stevia to taste, optional


Put all of the ingredients into your blender and blend until smooth.  Serve immediately.  Makes one smoothie.
